Louise Dorothy Willingham, 90, of Ranson, WV passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, WV.

Born May 4, 1922 in Charles Town, WV, she was the daughter of the late Robert Payne.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Louise was a dedicated mother to her sons and would regularly take them to the river for Sunday fishing with their friends when they were young.

She is survived by two sons, Mac K. Willingham and wife, Caroline of Leesburg, VA; and Robert “Bob” Willingham and Kim Weiss of Kearneysville, WV; one brother, Garnet Payne and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, McClure “Barge” Willingham in 1975.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry/Charles Town, WV with Pastor Bucky Chapman officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm.
