Ailany Krystal Marrero Jimenez, 15, of Charles Town, WV passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 at her residence.

Born January 4, 2008 in Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Jonathan Lee Marrero Fernandez and Johanna Roberta Jimenez Frias.

She was of the Christian faith.

Ailany was a Sophomore at Washington High School. She loved music and spending time with her friends. She was happy and joyful, always making her family and friends laugh.

In addition to her parents, Jonathan and Johanna, she is survived by her brother, Kevin Jediel Marrero, paternal grandparents, Jose Marrero and Beatriz Fernandez, maternal grandparents, Roberto Jimenez and Nereida Frias and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 29. 2023 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6-8 pm.
