Amy Sue Duncan, 53, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center.

Born October 27, 1969 in Leesburg, Virginia,  was the daughter of the late William Allen Duncan and Minnie Pearl Hopkins Duncan.

She is of the Baptist faith.

Amy is survived by one sister, Nancy Popkins and husband, Kenneth of Harpers Ferry; three nieces, Brenda Woolridge and husband, Alex, Sarah Popkins and Alexis Popkins, three grandnieces, Liliana, Kaeleigh and Emma, one grandnephew, Keenan, five aunts, Hazel Parks, Ruth Ennis, Marie Pickles, Louise Visage and Lynn Sadler and one uncle, Boyd Parks, Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William M. Duncan.

Services are 2:00pm on Thursday June 1, 2023 at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Bucky Chapman officiating.
