Anne M. Ditto, born in Germany March 28 ^th , 1930, passed away February 10 ^th , 2023, at the age of 92.

She is survived by son, Quinn E. Ditto, daughter in law, Erin J. Ditto, son in law Greg Vines, niece Beata De Nijs and nephew, Guido Raddatz.  She was preceded by her Husband Frank H. Ditto, and son Niels D. Ditto.

Anne was born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, and met Frank in Munich while he was stationed there with the U.S. Air Force.  They married in Boston, MA and Niels was born soon thereafter.  Frank was hired by I.B.M. and the family moved to Bermuda, then Texas, and Quinn was born in Houston.  The family then moved to Maryland where Anne began her volunteer work for the American Red Cross.  Frank and Anne then retired to WV in 1990 and she continued her political passion with "We the people" …

Anne was a loving mother and friend to many.  She was known for her eclectic taste, kind heart, and wild spirit!  She had a passion for writing poetry that was often inspired by her garden.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and was well known for her parties!  The only thing she loved more than her family, friends and garden, was a PARTY ( a garden party ) with her beloved family and friends….. She was the life of the party and lived to throw them!!!
