Barbara Ann Grove, 56, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Monday, October 28, 2024 at her residence.

Born March 10, 1968 in Winchester, VA, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Emma Rusk.

She was of the Christian faith.

Barbara was an avid gardener and loved flowers. She also loved reading Stephen King books.

She is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, Kevin, at home, one daughter, Jessie Cote and husband, Lance of Harpers Ferry, one son, Kevin M. Grove and fiancé, Shylo Mayne of Harpers Ferry, many grandchildren, two sisters and four brothers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Buck.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Silver Grove United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 6-8 pm and at the church one hour before the service.
