Barbara Jean Webb, 89, of Berryville, VA, passed away  Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at her residence.

Born June 1, 1936, she was the daughter of the late William E. Allen and Mary Irene Roop Allen.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Barbara is survived by her son, Bruce Webb of Leesburg, VA, her daughter, Beth Webb of Chattanooga, TN, one brother, Willard "Dutch" Allen and wife, Karen, sister-in-law, Joan Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 2023 and four siblings.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Scott Truman officiating. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 6-8 pm.
