Bernice Louise Stallings, 91, of Loudoun Heights, Virginia passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

She was born August 2, 1931 in Waxpool, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Louis David Croson and Mabel Florence Ridgeway Croson.

She was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church, where she was a pianist.

Bernice was employed at the Hazelton Lab and the Loudoun Times Mirror.

Bernice is survived by her three children, Donna Dawson, Garnett D. Poland and Bonnie Huber: one sister Betty Sheets of Vienna, VA; special niece, Janet Fellers of Martinsburg, WV and other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles B. Stallings and brother, James Croson.

Services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Ralph Carver officiating. Interment will follow at Hillsboro Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
