Beth Ann Palmer-Perez, 54, went home to be with the Lord on November 9, 2024 surrounded by family.

She was born on October 14, 1970 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, WV.

Beth attended Jefferson High School. She held many jobs in her lifetime in the hospitality field. Her hobbies included spending time with her grandchildren and family. She always enjoyed playing cards with family, bingo and shopping.

She is preceded in death by her father, Marshall Cleveland Palmer.

She is survived by her mother, Judith Mae Palmer, her son, James Palmer and Amanda, her daughter, Heather Sell and Donta, her grandchildren, Tyson, Camden, Arianna, Kaliyah, Kobe and Tayla. She is also survived by her siblings, Marshall Palmer, Jr. and Sheila, Kimberly Smith and Mike, Marsha Palmer and Lewis, as well as five nephews and one niece.

The world changes from year to year, our lives from day to day, but the love and memory of you shall never pass away.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 6-8 pm.
