Beverly Wurtzler Syvrud, 95, passed away peacefully on August 10 at her home.

She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Donald E. Syvrud. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and foster mother, a strong community advocate, and a faithful church member who will be greatly missed by her children and their spouses, Karen and Stephen Strickland, Erik and Carol Syvrud, Knute and Patricia Syvrud, and Liv and Michael Violette, her ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Nov 7 at 12:30 p.m. at the Between the Hills Community Center, Hillsboro, VA.
