Bryan Rocky Tomaszewski of Bellevue, Washington, passed away on October 7, 2024, after a motorcycle accident.

Rocky was born on August 13, 1996, to Michael and Gloria Tomaszewski at Langley Air Force Base, Virigina.  Upon graduating from Jefferson High School, Jefferson County, West Virgina in 2015, Rocky began his U.S. Army career in August 2015 as an Infantry Specialist at Fort Benning, Georgia.  Rocky's tours of duty include Fort Bliss, Texas, Vilseck, Germany, Fort Hood, Texas, and finally Seattle Washington as an Army recruiter.  Rocky deployed once in support of combat operations in Afghanistan and twice into the European theater of operations.

In 2017, Rocky married Amber Starkey in Charles Town, West Virginia.  Rocky and Amber went on to have one child, Zofia who was born June 2020.

Rocky is survived by his wife Amber, daughter Zofia, mother and father, Gloria and Michael, sister Christel and nephew Joziah.

A funeral liturgy will be held at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 5-8 pm.
