Charles Ray Dinges, 75, left this earth peacefully in his sleep Sunday, June 20, 2021.

Charlie was born December 14, 1945 in Ranson, WV and was the son of the late Clark and Margaret Dinges.

Charlie was retired from the Xerox Corporation and served in the US Army in the Military Police.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Pierson Dinges, his daughter, April R. and Jason Hoover of Hagerstown, MD; son, Alan R. and Kristyn Dinges of Gainesville, FL; five grandsons, Nathan Downs, Braydon and Colton Hoover, Michael and Parker Dinges, one granddaughter, Katelyn Gore, two great grandsons, Thomas and Julian Downs, one brother, Herbert and Cathy Dinges, closest niece, Pam and Allen Dudash and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV for family and friends.

A reception will follow the service at Charlie's house.
