Charles Francis Riley, 85, of Shepherdstown, WV , passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024 at the Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV.

Born October 2, 1938 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Francis Perry Riley and Mildred Emily Riley.

Charles was of the Lutheran Faith. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam era and retired as a Major.

He is survived by his one daughter, Poppy Riley-Chrisman and husband, Richie.
