Obituary

Charles "Bill" William D'Angelo, Jr., 79, of Millville, WV, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville, WV.

Born on October 15, 1946, he was the son of the late Charles D'Angelo and Phyllis D'Angelo.

Bill was a graduate of Harpers Ferry High School, class of 1965. He retired from East ALCOA with 30 years of service. In earlier years Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved metal-detecting and took great joy in chauffeuring Faye to hundreds of yard sales.

He is survived by one son, Antonio "Tony" D'Angelo and wife, LaNee, of Charles Town, WV; four grandchildren, Katelyn Dunmire (Josh), Toni D'Angelo (Timmy), Brandon D'Angelo, Corey D'Angelo (Veda); one great-grandson, Myles Dunmire; one sister, Judy Coleman and husband, Bill; one brother, Wayne D'Angelo and wife, Vicki; special nieces, nephew, and great-nephew.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 59 years, Faye D'Angelo on September 14, 2025.

Services will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
