Charlotte Pauline Demory, 95, of Charles Town, WV passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020.

Born November 5, 1924 in Charles Town, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Estella McAtee Staubs.

She was an active in Bolivar Pentecostal Church in service to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Charlotte was retired from the Department of Agriculture and continued many years at the family farm assisting her husband, Howard in the enterprise of Pioneer seed.

She is survived by step-daughters, Pam Nichols of Kearneysville, WV, Sharon McGuinn of Charles Town and Cheryl Danforth and husband, Dean of Clearbrook, VA; six grandchildren, Brian McGuinn, Neil Bartles, Kelly Rollf, Amy Wilson, Teresa Myers and Christa Lopez, nine great-grandchildren, one sister, Sandra Hayes and one brother, Paul D. Staubs.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Howard Demory in 2012, son-in-law, Michael P. McGuinn, two sisters, Margaret Demory and Esther Mae Sims and six brothers, Edward, Charles, Robert, Franklin, Freddie and Donald Staubs.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV with Rev. B.G. Turner officiating.
