Charlotte Mullinix Smith Bailey, 79, raised in

Damascus, MD, passed on November 28, 2025, at

home in Ranson, WV.

She was married to Sid Bailey for the past thirty-eight years.

She was predeceased by parents Murrell Mullinix of Damascus, MD, Wilda Mullinix of Myrtle Beach, SC, and brother Tom Mullinix of Sugar Hill, GA.

Surviving family is son Donald W. Smith, Jr., (JoAnna), three grandchildren, Kayla Rose (Kevin), Colton Smith (Lily), Savannah Smith, and four great-grandchildren, all of the local area. Further survived by brother, Ralph Mullinix (Gloria) Damascus, MD and sister Arlene Smith (Barry Hightower) Port Orange, FL.

She will be truly missed by many family and friends.
