Charlotte M. Winters was born on October 14, 1931 and passed from this world on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.

She is survived by her brother, Peter Rubitschu and wife, Ursula of Oberusul, Germany; son, James Winters and wife, Beth of Locust Grove, VA; three grandchildren, George Winters and wife, Erin of Madison Heights, Va, Heather Bostetter and husband, Mike of Madison, Wisconsin and Leslie Perez and husband, David of Virginia Beach, VA; three great-grandchildren, August, Gideon and Ronin and lastly her friend and loving companion, Robert Moore, of Shenandoah Junction, WV.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ludwig and Rose Rubitschu; brother, Heinz Rubitschu all of Oberusul, Germany and her beloved husband, George W. Winters of Silver Springs, MD whom passed away April 2007.

Charlotte was retired from Bank of America as a branch manger and bank Vice President. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She helped others throughout her life up until the end. This doesn't do justice to her but is the best I can do. Love you forever my Smurfy, your Bunny.

Services will be held at a later date with a final resting place with her husband, George, in Arlington National Cemetery.
