Christopher Steve Spanos, 41, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Born November 13, 1982 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of George Steve Spanos and the late Mona Kay VanCamp Spanos.

He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Bakerton.

Christopher was a graduate of Jefferson High School, Class of 2000. He was employed by Harpers Ferry Waterworks for 7 years. He loved  his family, anime, and his friends.

He is survived by his father, George Spanos of Martinsburg, WV, his fiance', Krystal Benjamin of Bunker Hill, WV, three brothers, Jack Spanos and Stacia, Nicholas Spanos and Michael VanCamp, maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Desdemona Staubs, step-grandmother, Gretchen VanCamp and several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

In addition to his mother, Mona, he was preceded in death by one sister, Tara Spanos, maternal grandfather, Harlan VanCamp, paternal grandparents, Steve and Naomi Spanos.

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, June 10, 2024 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
