Connie Jo Bonner of Shenandoah Junction, WV, passed away September 30, 2026, at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV, surrounded by her family.

Born on March 15, 1969, the daughter of Janet and Bill Armstrong of Linesville, PA, Connie graduated from Linesville High School and attended Penn State University. Connie was a member of the Customer Service Leadership team at Apple Valley Waste. She was known for her infectious laughter, her wacky sense of humor, and for being a loving and especially caring lady who was a very active member of St. Agnes Parish.

Connie is survived by her husband of 27 years, Leo; their beloved children, Julius and Katherine; her mother Janet Armstrong; her brothers Jon (Julie) Armstrong, Rick (Fran) Armstrong, Ort (Susan) Armstrong, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 10:00 a.m., at St. Anges Parish, 216 S. Duke St., Shepherdstown, WV 25443, with Father Mathew Rowgh, Father Arul Anthony and father Andy Switzer as celebrants.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

A private internment will take place at a later time, at the St. Agnes Columbarium, Shepherdstown.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Agnes Parish, Shepherdstown.
