June 15, 1964 – June 12, 2023
Constance Marie Griffith, 58, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at her residence.
She was the loving wife to Dean Griffith, who selflessly cared for her through her journey with ALS.
They shared three loving children, Chantz and Kylee Griffith and a daughter, Amanda Dan. She was "Nannie" to six wonderful grandchildren. Cannon, Dake, Ellie, Annie, Micha and Avery. She is also survived by two sisters, Judy Sapp and Linda Brumbaugh, niece, Bobby Kennedy, daughters-in-law, Brooke and Casie Griffith and son-in-law, Kaleb Dan.
In addition to her parents, Roger and Avis Sapp, she is preceded in death by a sister, Carrol Taylor.
Connie was born June 15, 1964 in Garrett County, Maryland. She grew up in Indiana, PA, graduated from Indiana Area High School and attended Moore College of Art in Philadelphia. She worked as a visual consultant for Bon-Ton before a twenty seven year career as a lab technician, research and development for Trans Tech in Adamstown, MD.
She was a beautiful lady, tender soul and an amazing artist, quiet and loving.
Look to the sky. For now, all the ones she touched and loved may share in glorious sunrises and star laced glowing moonscapes as she paints her masterpieces with the Lord.
Services will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 11:00am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or ALS Clinic, 827 Linden Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21201.
