Courtney Steven Martin (Steve) was born on October 31, 1977 in Birmingham, Alabama. His mother, Kathryn LaVonne Martin, raised him in Montgomery County, Md.

As a teenager, he met his wife Amanda Martin. They married in Bethesda, Md. on September 28, 2008. Over their 13 years of marriage and total of 25 years together, they had four beautiful children, Corey, CJ, Amaya and Camden.

Steve was a dedicated husband, father, friend and employee. For more than 20 years, he worked in the technology field, specializing in security systems programming. In his spare time, he found joy being with his family, singing, building 3D printers and producing 3D, resin and CNC woodworking designs.

Steve passed away on June 23, 2022 in Charles Town, WV. He leaves behind his wife, four children, mother, sister, and a host of family and friends.

He will truly be missed by many.

Services will be Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
