Daniel Wayne Hyatt died in Charles Town, WV, on January 8, 2026, at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean (Fleming) Hyatt, and his father, Daniel Milford Hyatt.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Angela Kay (Holbrook) Hyatt, and their children: David William Hyatt (16 years) and Kaitlyn Elizabeth Hyatt (13 years). He is also survived by his sister Tammy Jean Ellmore (of Charles Town, WV).

Wayne was born on April 4, 1967. He graduated from Loudoun County High School. He enjoyed camping, hiking, woodworking, and spending time with his family. In his youth, Wayne volunteered at the Leesburg Fire Company 1 and enjoyed traveling and camping with his parents and sister.

Wayne's arrangements were made at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home. There will be no viewing or funeral as Wayne's wishes were to have his family host a celebration of life at a later date which is being planned by his children.
