Dante S. Battista's Obituary
Dante Steven Battista, 71, of Shepherdstown, WV passed away on Friday, May 23, 2014 at the Hospice of the Panhandle IPF in Kearneysville, WV.
Born January 9, 1943 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Dante D. Battista and Mary Frances Cunningham Battista.
He is survived by three sons, Steven B. Battista and wife, Beverly of Harpers Ferry, WV; Donald L. Battista of Rockville, MD and Christopher P. Battista of Atlanta, GA; two granddaughters, Staci Blue of Vienna, VA and Krystyn Battista of New Orleans, LA; one grandson, Bryan Battista of Rockville, MD and one sister, Mary Lowe of Shepherdstown, WV.
Services will be private.
The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Thursday, May 29, 2014 from 7-9 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
