David Leroy Hisey, 55, of Ranson, West Virginia passed away Monday, October 17, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.

He was born April 28, 1967 in Leesburg, Virginia and was the son of the late Jack Dwight Hisey and Mary Ellen Morris Hisey.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jill; one daughter, Alaina Hisey; two sons, Cameron Hisey and Christopher Hisey and wife, Kayla; one granddaughter, Audrey Hisey and three brothers, George Morris, Billy and Danny Huffman.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Morris.

Services will be Friday, October 21, 2022 at 10:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 265 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
