David left this world too soon on March 15, 2024. He was a loving father to DJ Howard and Christopher Howard, who will miss him terribly.

He is survived by his father, Charles Herbert Howard, his mother, Theresa A. Earp, brothers, Michael Collins, Bryan Lowery, Edward Howard and Stephen Lowery, and his sister, Brooke Nathan-Collins. He is also survived by many aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be forever missed.

David was an avid horseman and a successful trainer at Pimlico Race Course, where he met his very special friend, Amanda Rawlings, who meant the world to him. He had many friends at Pimlico  and Laurel Race Track, where he will be deeply missed.

David had a hugh smile and a great big laugh. We will miss him everyday.

A private service was held for the immediate family March 21, 2024.
