David Allen Ricketts, 61, of Ranson, West Virginia passed away Monday, January 23, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center.

He was born August 23, 1961 in Bethesda, Maryland and was the son of the late David Melvin Ricketts and Ruth Ellen Barefoot.

He was of Christian faith.

David is survived by his loving wife of over 43 years, Corrina at home; one daughter, Michelle; one son, Brian Ricketts and fiancée Tampa Marple; eight grandchildren, Brintin, Briley, Blaze, Ty, Blaydron, Esmon, Jordan and Caleb; one great-granddaughter, Carrigan; four brothers, Jimbo, Mickey, Buzzy and Jason; step-father, Reuben Norris.

Services will be held Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 30, 2023 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
