David "Sam"  Wayne Crothers, 60, of Kearneysville, WV passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at his residence.

Born November 13, 1963 in Martinsburg, WV, he was the son of the late Paul Asher Crothers and Joy Marie Miller.

He is survived by his mother, Joy Rush of Strasburg, VA, three sisters, Teresa Crothers, Carla Jean Rush, Patricia Ann Rush, three brothers, Michael W. Crothers, Richard "Buck" Crothers and Paul F. Rush and Ronnie DeHaven and family as Sam's extended family.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Phillip Andrew Crothers and maternal grandmother, Mary Jane Miller.

The family will receive friends at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV on Friday, May 10, 2024 from 6-8 pm.
