Debra Kay Allen, 68, of Gerrardstown, WV passed away August 6, 2025 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.

Born April 20. 1957 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Lou Rank Lewis.

She was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church in Inwood, WV.

Debra was an avid gardener and loved to design things on Zazzle. She also had a passion for Renaissance. Debra and Dennis enjoyed taking country rides together.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Dennis, two daughters, Missy McCollum and husband, Nate and Angie Anderson, one sister, Gail Perrigo, two grandsons, Teigen and Rourke, one niece, Amanda, one nephew, Christopher and several other nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at St. Leo Catholic Church, 2109 Sulphur Springs Road, Inwood, WV with Father Alfred Obiudu and Deacon Dave Torlone.

Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery.
