Debra Lynn Spangler, 65, of Ranson, WV passed away Friday, April 25, 2025 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born June 28, 1959 in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Richard Lee Brown and Ramona Jane Moore Brown.

She was of the Christian faith.

Debra was a customer service representative for Walmart for 25 years. She loved flowers and had a very proficient green thumb.

She is survived by one sister, Kathy Ann Webber and husband, Kenny of Ranson, one brother, Austin Edward Shaff of Keedysville, MD, niece, Kensei Besaw and husband, Kenny of Ranson, nephew, Timothy "Jo" Travis and wife, April, great nieces, Kiley and Angelina and great nephews, Sean and Christian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph in 2023.

Services will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 2:30 pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
