Dennis Nelson Barnhouse, Sr, 70, of Martinsburg, WV departed this life on  September 30, 2021 at his home.

Born September 1, 1951, he was the son of the late Henry Albert Barnhouse and the late Karla Ann Nokes Barnhouse.

Dennis was a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by two son, Dennis Barnhouse, Jr. and Matthew Barnhouse and companion, Eileen; one grandson, Jacob Barnhouse, two sisters, Angela Piper and husband, Kenneth and Tess Truitt, and one brother, Kevin Barnhouse and wife, Vicky and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his faithful canine, Maggie.

Dennis enjoyed spending time playing with his two dogs, landscaping, tattoos, reading and spending quality time with his family and friends. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
