Diane Marie Seay, 75 of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Sunday July 6th at home surrounded by love and her family. She was the devoted wife of Joseph "Joe" Seay.

Born May 8th 1950 in Bay Shore, NY. She was the second daughter of Clarence William "Bill" and Evelyn Holzapfel.

Diane worked passionately as a special education and early learning intervention teacher for many years where she touched the lives of her students an co-workers alike.

In addition to her husband Joe she is survived by her Son Ted Ryan (Ashley) and Daughter Amelia "Aimee" Raab (George) and grandchildren TJ, Able, Lily, Raylen and Alice. As well as her brother Roger (Arabella) and Sister Nadine Mancini (Gus).

She is predeceased by her brothers Warren Holzapfel (Anneliese) and Kenny Holzapfel (Barbra).

Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the funeral home.
