Dianne Teresa Kratz, 79, of Charles Town, WV passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at her residence.

Born December 27, 1944 in New Oxford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Rinehart and Rita Gebhart Rinehart.

She was of the Catholic faith. She retired from the Charles Town Races as a mutual clerk after 27 years of service.

She loved animals and cared for everyone around her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Freddie, at home, one daughter, Leslie Seibert and husband, Ben, two grandchildren, Taylor Seibert and Nathan Seibert, all of Charles Town, WV, two sisters, Gloria J. Snyder and Joyce Hoff and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Darrin F. Kratz.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.
