Donald William Gossett, 72, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away Thursday, January 2, 2025 at his residence.

Born April 25, 1952 in Shelbyville, IN, he was the son of the late Donald Lee Gossett and Pauline Helen Gossett.

He was a veteran of the US Army.

Donald enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Being an automobile mechanic, he loved all types of cars.

He also loved to watch classic westerns on tv and practice shooting. Donald had a good heart and  would go out of his way to help people.

He is survived by four daughters, Mary Scible of Harpers Ferry, WV, Maya Gossett of New York, Kristen Gossett of Harpers Ferry and Angela Berryhill of OK, one son, Ryan Gossett of OK, eight grandchildren, John Zimmerman, Chyane Gottke, Desire' Scible, Kayla Scible, Maraya Scible, Kenneth Burd, Jr., Michael McComber, and Caden Slavinsky, several great grandchildren, two sisters, Vicki Ball and husband, Tim and Tina Sands and husband, Parry, four brothers, Steve Gossett and wife, Paula, David Gossett and wife, Theresa, Mike Gossett and wife, Lori and Kurt Gossett and wife, Nicole, two brothers in- law, Steve Zimmerman and wife, Roxanne and Billy Zimmerman and one sister-in-law, Johnna Perkins.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Beth.
