Donna Kay Wilt, 64, of Summit Point, WV passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at the Inpatient Hospice Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born June 17, 1950 in Frederick, MD, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer Hughes and Eva Fellers Hughes.

She was a member of the Summit Point United Methodist Church.

She was recently retired from the Education Department of Loudoun County Schools with 20 years of service.

Donna loved Thanksgiving and Christmas with all her family present. She loved spending time at the River Bend Campground with friends and family. She was an avid reader and baker.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, George, Sr., at home; one daughter, Connie Craigo and husband, Charles of Summit Point, WV; one son, George Wilt, Jr. and wife, Jacquie of Piermont, NY; five grandchildren, Abigail Wilt, Charles Craigo, III, and fiancé, Lindsey, Andrew Craigo and , Nathan Craigo and Alexander Craigo; one sister, Joy Cunningham, four brothers, Dale Hughes and wife, Nancy, Jerry Hughes and wife, Bettie, Mark Hughes and Kevin Hughes and wife, Debbie, numerous nieces and nephews, and faithful canine companion, Sadie and feline companion, Simba.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Rebecca Gue.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Mary Jo Sims officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm.
