Ellen Loras Hall, 68, of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.

She was born January 10, 1954 in Petersburg, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Charlie Hall and Lorena Marie Cooper Hall.

She was of Christian faith.

Ellen was a graduate of Brunswick High School, Class of 1974. She retired from the Department of Energy. Ellen was active with the Boy Scouts Troop of American and she was also a member of the Moose Lodge #948 in Charles Town.

She is survived by one brother, Charles Rodney Hall, Sr. and wife, Tina, of Charles Town; one niece, Jennifer Hall of Charles Town; one nephew, Charlie Hall, Jr. and wife, Amanda, of Kearneysville and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her companion, Samuel E. Wyndham; her son, Samuel "Justin" Wyndham and one brother, James Lean "Jimmy" Hall.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV

The family will receive Monday, November 21, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
