Frances Marie Frick, 64, passed away very unexpectedly on September 18, 2026, in Winchester, VA.

Born on March 24, 1962, as Frances Marie Levi, in Ranson, WV, she was the daughter of Francis Ray Levi and Clara Lee (Sowers) Levi. Her husband, Chuck preceded her in death in 2023.

She is survived at home by her daughter, Casey Frick; two grandchildren, Levi (8), Addison (2); and great-aunt, Frances “Dottie” Kidwell of Ranson, WV.

Frances was retired at the time of her passing, but she made a career out of being a cook. In her most recent position, which she held for 15 years, she was a Food Service Leader for the Department of Homeland Security. While employed there, she endured the tragedies of September 11, 2001.

Frances took being a cook and gave it her all every day. Aside from cooking, her passions were taking care of her fur-babies, Jack and Abby. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.

Services will be held on October 6, 2026, at 2:00 P.M., at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
