Gabrielle "Gigi" Rosenkranz of Shepherdstown passed away February 24, 2022.

Gigi was born in Martinsburg, West Virginia on June 1, 1991. She graduated from Musselman high school, class of 2009 and worked the past five years to provide private end-of-life care for many beloved locals in our community. She was selfless and compassionate, serving with dignity, kindness and reverence for the people in her care.

Gigi brought a breath of sunshine wherever she went. She radiated love for all people and had a special place in her heart for animals. Gigi had an infectious smile that lit up a room and an inner light that brought joy to all who knew her. She touched so many lives which is evidenced by the outpouring of love and support from our community. For this, her family is deeply grateful.

She is survived by her mother, Juliette Suau of Shepherdstown and her father Paul M. Rosenkranz of Bunker Hill, and legions of special aunts, uncles, cousins as well as many friends.

Gigi was predeceased by her maternal grandparent Bertha Suau, her uncle, John A. Suau, and paternal grandparents, Mercedes and John J. Rosenkranz Sr.
