Gary Lee Charlton, 77, of Charles Town, West Virginia, passed away November

16, 2025, after a long illness.

He proudly served in the United States Army and carried that sense of service and dedication throughout his life. He had a lifelong love of hunting and fishing and treasured the time spent outdoors.

He is survived by his children, Teri Pinson (Aaron) of Roanoke, Virginia; Kim Ayers (Shawn) of Charlottesville, Virginia; and Scott Charlton (Lisa) of Weyers Cave, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Lincoln and Reese Pinson, Afton Ayers, and Ariana Charlton.
