Glenn Lee Simpson, 68, of Brunswick, MD passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Born August 6, 1955 in Alexandria, Virginia, he was the son of the late Verner Lee Simpson and Cleva Mae Phillips Simpson.

He was a member of the Leesburg Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Glenn was an avid fisherman. He loved talking on his CB and went by the handle of "Guzzi Kid" or "Timberwolf (TW)".  He also loved flying remote- control airplanes and riding his motorcycle. He had great affection for his faithful K-9 companions, Tak, Roscoe and Yogi. More than anything, he loved and enjoyed his grandchildren.

He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Debbie Repass Simpson, at home, one son, Kevin Lee Simpson and Kimberly of Charles Town, WV, one daughter, Kelli Renee Simpson Cooper of Charles Town, WV, two grandchildren, Brayden Sadler Cooper and Bristol Renee Cooper, four brothers, Allen Simpson and  Lisa, Daniel Simpson and  Dollie, Ray Simpson and Debbie, Mark Simpson and  Christine, two sisters-in-law, Cindy Barber and  Ellis and Teresa Denion and  Robert, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and extended family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Larry D. Simpson, mother and father-in-law, Fuzzy and Ruth Repass and son-in-law, Ben S. Cooper.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Elder Mark Sweeny officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Hamilton, Virginia.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm.
