Helen Irene Pennepacker, 85, of Charles Town, WV, passed away Monday, September 9th, 2024, in her home.

Born April 7, 1939 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Madge Bull.

Helen was of the Christian Faith. Her famous words were always, "Stay positive and pray".

She is survived by one niece, Robin Stebbins; caregivers and close friends, Brandi, Cody, Bonnie, Kim and Jason, and all their children.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jesse Pennepacker.
