Hilda Louise Foster, 81, of Ranson, West Virginia passed away Monday, October 10, 2022 at Hospice of the Panhandle, IPF in Kearneysville, West Virginia.

She was born May 22, 1941 in Lovettsville, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Garland Mann and Hilda Fawley Mann.

She is survived by one son, Cecil F. Foster, Jr.; one sister, Marie Repass (Johnny); one sister-in-law, June Mann; four nephews, Bobby and Danny Mann and Kenny and Roy Stanley.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cecil Foster, Sr. in 2011; one infant daughter, Lisa Kay Foster; one sister, Kate Stanley and three brothers, Larry, Robert and Garland Mann, Jr.

Services will be held Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV,. Interment will follow at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
