Honora "Nora" Grace Reichert, 82, of Harpers Ferry, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by her family.

Born June 17, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York, Honora was one of three children to the late Thomas Noonan and Grace Speerin.  Growing up, Nora's family resided in Brooklyn where she attended both Catholic and public schools before marrying Frederick "Fred" Joseph Reichert.  Fred and Nora eventually made their home in Islip Terrace, New York, not far from other family members in adjoining Long Island towns. Later in life and with their children grown, Nora and Fred relocated to Minnasott Beach, North Carolina to establish their forever home.  After Freds passing in 2006, Nora sorely missed the love of her life but continued to live each day for the joy of socializing with neighbors, spending time out in the community and looking forward to visits from her children and grandchildren.  Nora relocated to Harpers Ferry, West Virginia in 2022 to be closer to family each day.

One of Nora's greatest pleasures was spending time with her family.  She particularly enjoyed every second with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Nora attended as many of the grandchildrens and great-grandchildrens events as possible and especially looked forward to family holiday dinners with everyone together.

Nora was proceeded in death by her husband Frederick J. Reichert, sister Grace Lamberson, brother Thomas Noonan and daughter Marion Clark.

She is survived by her son, Christopher J. Reichert, Sr. and wife Ronda Reichert of Harpers Ferry, grandchildren Christopher Reichert, Jr. (Angel Everhart), Kathleen Wright (Jason Wright),  Chelsea Cole (Austin Cole), Corey Clark (Jessica Clark), Great-grandchildren Adaline Cole, Scarlett Reichert, Hannah Wright and Frederick Wright, and brother-in-law Robert Lamberson, son-in-law Charles Clark.

All arrangement will be handled by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.

To honor my Nora's wishes, there will be no funeral service. We invite all that knew her to please privately celebrate Nora's memory in your own way. I know that she will be with all of us in spirit. The family appreciates your understanding during this difficult time.

The family will arrange a private gathering at a later date in Oriental-Minnesott Beach, North Carolina.
