Jacqueline Sharon Tharp, 76, of Charles Town, WV passed away Sunday March 3, 2024 at Jefferson Medical Center in Ranson, WV.

Born August 15, 1947 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late John Wiessner and Frances Jachelski Wiessner.

She was of the Catholic faith and was a veteran of the US Marines.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jim, at home, three daughters, Lisa Ambrutis, Jennifer Tharp and Adrianna Tharp, two sons, David Tharp and wife, Dottie and William Richards, eight grandchildren, Marisa, Jacqueline, David, Megan, Natalie, Grace, Jaxson and Mason, three sisters, Terri Lamonte, Patricia Kratochvil and husband, Walt and Fran Calcagno and husband, Mike and two brothers, John Wiessner and Gordon Wiessner.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son-in-law, Mark Ambrutis.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at Union Cemetery in Lovettsville, VA.
