James F. Jennison,86, of Charles Town, WV passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024 in Martinsburg, WV.

James (Jim) was born March 3, 1938 in Washington, DC.  Jim was the son of the late Margaret F. King Jennison and the late Frank W. Jennison.

Jim is survived by his three children, David Jennison and wife, Amy of Dayton, Ohio, Don Jennison and wife, Jenna of Inwood, WV and Deborah Jennison McKee and husband, Thomas of Charles Town, WV, nine grandchildren, Greg and wife Kelsey, Steven, Tim, Tommy and wife, Anna, Mark and wife, Taylor, Alex, Amanda and husband, Jason, Daniel and Dennis and his siblings, Madeline Spence of Sunrise, FL, Eleanor Toth of Bowie, MD, Bill Jennison of Palatka, FL and Sue Binsted of California, MD, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Jane E. Martin Jennison and siblings, Fay DePetris, Iva Cain and Karen Taylor.

A funeral liturgy will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Father Timothy Grassi as the Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
