James Phillip Stitely, Jr., 51, of Charles Town, WV passed away July 21, 2022.

Born September 25, 1970 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of James Phillip Stitely, Sr. and Carol Smith Stitely.

A life long plumber, Jimmy took pride in all his work and was skilled in just about all aspects of construction.

In his free time Jimmy enjoyed being outdoors, hanging out with his best dog friend, Roscoe, and whichever other buddy they were getting into something with, for the day, and coloring in his "adult coloring books."

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Katie Danner; two sons, Josh and James Stitely, III and two grandchildren, Masie and Jax. He also spent a majority of his life intertwined with Tara Stitely.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 1, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Dr. Henry Christie officiating.
