Janice Lee Weller, 79, of Charles Town, WV passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022 at her residence.

Born November 13, 1942 in Charles Town, WV, she was the daughter of the late Garnet  and Mary Estelle Payne.

She was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by one daughter, Tammy O'Connor of New York; one grandson, Daniel O'Connor and wife, Logan; two sisters, Janet Barker and Kim Seal and two nephews, Tim Smith and wife, Susan and Justin Light.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy Snow.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Dr. Henry Christie officiating.
