Jeffery Allen Taylor, Jr. "Jeffie", 25, of Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at his home.

He was born August 12, 1997 in Ranson, West Virginia and he was the son of Jeffery Allen Taylor, Sr. and Penny Lynne Higgs Taylor.

Jeffie worked at Chili's in Foxcroft, Martinsburg, WV. He was an avid chief he loved to cook and loved being with family and friends. Jeffie really loved his job it was something he was extremely passionate about. He had so many friends that he loved and they loved him in return. He loved going to the Millville River and playing COD with his friends and family. He was such an amazing young man, loving, caring and would give and do anything he could for anyone. He definitely left an everlasting impression on anyone he met throughout his life.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Joseph River Taylor: step-daughter, Sofia Rain Ortiz; two sisters, Ashton and Angel Taylor; brother, Jon Hexcaster; up coming nephew Messiah Amir Taylor and uncle James Travis, Jr. "Bunky" and wife, Jennifer Beachley Travis.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Betty Anne and Richard Lee Higgs; step-grandfather, Alvin Randall Staubs and maternal great-grandparents Ortence E. and Jeanette Ann Mills.

Memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at 11:00 am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV.
