Jeffrey Edward Fowler, 73, of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away February 27, 2022.

Born July 27, 1948 in Orville California, he was the son of the late Warren Fowler and Phyllis Swope Fowler.

He is survived by two daughters, Kara Wilson and husband William, II and Heather Wean and husband Eric all of Charles Town; four grandchildren, Tyler Cockrell, Hailey Wean, Logan Wean and Cynthia Wilson; four great-grandchildren, Yanaiya Wilson, Luanna Cockrell, Levi Cockrell and Yaniell Wilson.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 49 years, Carol Ann and two brothers, Charles and Miles Fowler.

Services will be Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at 11:00am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV, with Dr. Henry Christie officiating. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

Family will receive friends Monday, March 7, 2022 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
