John Fielding Lewis, 91, a resident of Harpers Ferry, WV, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2022 in Virginia while spending time with his daughter and grandchildren.  Jack was born on June 16, 1931, in Charles Town, WV.  He retired from the United States Postal Service in 1992.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Rd., Harpers Ferry, WV  25425 at 2:00pm.  Jack will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.  He was an amazing father and grandfather to his daughter Elizabeth and his four grandchildren, Cole, Emma, Gabrielle and Greyson.

Jack is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Anne (Lewis) Ragone, his grandchildren Cole Fielding Ragone, Emma Madeline Ragone, Gabrielle Mary Ragone and Greyson Pierce Ragone.  He is also survived by his sisters Mary Frances, Doris Jean and brothers John William and James Albert as well as many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father John Fielding Lewis, mother Gladys Elizabeth Childs, his sisters Catherine Louise, Barbara Glenn and brothers Frederick Nelson and Gary Norman.
