Joseph William "Bill" Baker, Jr., 73, of Charles Town, WV passed away May 16, 2025 at his residence.

Born March 14, 1952 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of the late William Baker, Sr. and Grace Braithwaite Baker.

Bill was a carpenter during his lifetime.

He is survived by his sister, Joyce Jackson and husband, David, his brother, Ronald Baker, sister-in-law, Nancy Baker and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Steven Baker.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 11, 2025 at the Berryville VFW from 6-8 pm.
