Joseph “Jay” Vincent Cepelka Jr., 80, passed peacefully at home on April 27, 2026.

Born April 18, 1946 in Martinsburg, WV. He was the son of the late Joseph V. Cepelka Sr. and Margaret H Cepelka Hench.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Donna; children Chris Cepelka (Karen), Tara Hough (Michael) and Kara Money (Benjamin); and grandchildren Austin, Gabrielle, Trace and Colton.

Private Graveside service with be held at Edgehill Cemetery.
